مقارنة طرق نمذجة ترسيب الإسفلتين - الجزء الثاني: التنبؤ بمنحني ترسيب الإسفلتين

الملخص
نتيجة للخلط مع النفوط الخام الأخرى أو حقن الغاز، فإن قابلية ذوبان الأسفلتين في النفوط الخام تتأثر في كثير من الأحيان بالتغيرات في درجة الحرارة والضغط و/أو تكوين النفط. وقد يؤدي ذلك إلى هطول ترسب ومن ثم تصلب الأسفلتين، وانخفاض النفاذية، وانسداد الآبار والمرافق السطحية الأخرى، وفي نهاية المطاف انخفاض الإنتاج أو توقفه، مما له تأثير اقتصادي كبير. تعد المعادلات التكعيبية للحالة (EOS) ومعادلات الحالة التكعيبية زائد الارتباط (CPA EOS) شكلين مختلفين من المنهجيات القائمة على نظرية الذوبان المستخدمة في هذه الدراسة. هذه الدراسة هي استمرار للجزء الأول، حيث تم عرض النماذج الثلاثة: الإصدارات المتقدمة من معادلات Peng-Robinson (APR78) وSoave-Redlich-Kwong (ASRK) للحالة ومعادلات الحالة المكعبة زائد الارتباط (CPA). وتمت مقارنتها في التنبؤ بمخطط طور السائل والأسفلتين. تركزت هذه الدراسة على التنبؤ بمنحنى تركيز الاسفلتين مقابل الضغط لحقل نفط عراقي لدرجات حرارة مختلفة ابتداء من درجة حرارة المكمن حتى درجات حرارة السطح باستخدام نماذج EOS الثلاثة. وقد لوحظ هنا في هذه الدراسة أن التوافق او التطابق كان كبيراً جداً بين ASRK EOS وCPA EOS لجميع قيم درجات الحرارة واظهر ابتعاد واضح عن نموذج APR78 EOS عند التنبؤ بعلاقة تركيز الإسفلتين مع الضغط عند درجات الحرارة المنخفضة.
