الملخص
في مجال تصميم التروس، لتطبيق أي شكل من أشكال التحليل (كالتحليل بطريقة العناصر المحددة والتحليل الديناميكي وتحليل الاجهادات)، فان التمثيل الدقيق لهندسة التروس يعد أمرًا ضروريًا حيث إنه يمثل الأساس لأي محاولات تعديل في التصميم ويجب تجنب أي تقريب لملف الأسنان. في الأدبيات السابقة، تم إجراء العديد من التقديرات التقريبية لشكل هندسة الأسنان ذات المنحنى المنشأ، خاصة في منطقة شرائح جذر السن، حيث تم تمثيلها ببساطة بخط مستقيم أو قوس دائري بدلاً من المنحني عجلي حقيقي ناتج من عملية التوليد للأسنان. قد يؤدي هذا الأسلوب في التمثيل إلى نتائج إجهاد انحناء غير دقيقة، لأنه يفشل في تحسس تأثير القطع السفلي للسن أو عملية تصحيح المنحنى الجانبي. وقد لوحظت ايضا تقديرات تقريبية شائعة أخرى على نطاق واسع في الأدبيات، مثل استخدام قاطع الجريدة غير المتماثل لإنشاء جانبي الترس غير المتماثل في نفس الوقت. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تم استخدام تقنية توليد قاطع الجريدة الرسومية على نطاق واسع لإنشاء تروس ذات المنحنى المنشأ. هذه التقنية على الرغم من دقتها في إنشاء ملف تعريف قياسي للأسنان إلا أنها طريقة تستغرق وقتًا طويلاً لحاجتها الى معالجة إضافية للرسوم. في هذا البحث، تم تقديم طريقة توليد محوسبة قادرة على إنشاء ملفات التروس بصورة سريعة ودقيقة عند برمجتها في أي برنامج تصميم هندسي بمساعدة الحاسوب وكذلك فأنها تستخدم شرائح منحني عجلي حقيقية. تم اشتقاق وإعادة صياغة المعادلات البارا مترية لشرائح جذر الأسنان والمنحنيات الجانبية الملتوية التي تم الحصول عليها من التتبع البارومتري للحركة المتبادلة بين قاطع الجريدة والترس لتأخذ في الاعتبار تعديلات أسنان التروس غير القياسية، وهي زاويا الضغط والشرائح الغير متماثلة وتصحيحات الملف الجانبي للأسنان.
