معايير البنية التحتية الرياضية ودورها في تحقيق مراكز مرنة للأحياء السكنية المتكاملة

الملخص

تشكل البنية التحتية الرياضية أحد أشكال البنية التحتية التي تختص بالأنشطة والممارسات الرياضية المختلفة، عرف البحث البنية التحتية الرياضية على انها البنية الاساسية المادية والتنظيمية المطلوبة لتسهيل القيام بالأنشطة الرياضية وواحدة من المتطلبات المهمة في الاحياء السكنية وعنصرا مكملا للبنية التحتية وتأتي أهميتها في كونها من العناصر المكملة لمراكز الاحياء السكنية ودورها في الجانب الاجتماعي والاقتصادي والثقافي في المناطق السكنية. تعاني العديد من الأحياء السكنية من ضعف في فعالية وكفاءة البنية التحتية الرياضية، على الرغم من وجودها الظاهري. حيث أن هذه المرافق لا تحقق الغايات المرجوة منها، سواء على مستوى تشجيع النشاط البدني، أو تعزيز الصحة المجتمعية، أو تحقيق الاستفادة المثلى من المساحات المخصصة لها. برزت مشكلة البحث الرئيسية المتمثلة بـ "عدم وجود تصور واضح حول دور المعايير التخطيطية والتصميمية للبنية التحتية الرياضية في تحقيق مراكز مرنة للأحياء السكنية المتكاملة" ولهذا هدف البحث الى بناء اطار نظري شامل يتضمن طرح المفردات والقيم الخاصة بمراكز الاحياء السكنية ومعايير البنية التحتية الرياضية. اما فرضية البحث فتمثلت بأنه تسهم مطابقة المعايير التخطيطية والتصميمية المحلية للبنية التحتية الرياضية للمعايير العالمية في تحقيق مراكز مرنة للاحياء السكنية المتكاملة . تم اعتماد المنهج التحليلي الوصفي لاستخلاص المفردات الرئيسية واستخلاص المفردات الثانوية والقيم الممكنة لها، ومن ثم تطبيق هذه المفردات على أحد احياء العاصمة بغداد والمتمثل بحي العامرية وقد تم اختياره كونه في حالة نمو وزيادة في الكثافة السكانية ويحتاج الى دراسة امكانية التكامل فيه، وايضا التنوع في الاستعمالات (سكني، وتجاري، وتعليمي، ورياضي، وترفيهي). توصل البحث الى وجود تباين ما بين تحقيق المعايير العالمية وما بين تحقيق المعايير المحلية المتحققة في العينة البحثية المنتخبة محلياً.
